This new page on Election Passport provides free access to constituency results for elections for regional and ethnic parliaments. It will focus on regions with ethnic or national movements.

David Lublin, Professor of Government in the School of Public Affairs at American University, created Election Passport in 2013. The recipient of two grants from the National Science Foundation and a fellowship from the German Marshall Fund, David has authored two books, The Paradox of Representation and The Republican South. published by Princeton. His forthcoming book, Minority Rules: Electoral Systems, Decentralization, and Ethnoregional Parties, will be published by Oxford in 2014. A list of his past journal articles and other activities can be found in his curriculum vitae. The readme files cite the data sources.
